FLUCTUAT RECORDS attempts to make the connexion between Europe and Latin America. With a strong passion for the discovery of new Techno talents, the label is now a family of more than 60 producers, visuals artists, and team members, connecting 10 countries from both sides of Atlantic Ocean.
