Created by The French producer 𝗖𝗢𝗤𝗠𝗔𝗡 in Medellin, Colombia, in 2017,

FLUCTUAT RECORDS  attempts to make the connexion between Europe and Latin America.

With a strong passion for the discovery of new Techno talents, the label is now a family of more than 60 amazing producers, visuals artists, bookers, writers and good souls,  that doing their best to connect more than 15 countries from both sides of the Atlantic with their arts.
