"Andres Gil" was born in Medellín - Colombia, from the age of 10 he liked to listen to Disco, Pop and Flash Dance music from the 80s and late 90s. He became interested in turntables and the art of DJing when his father played some vinyl records, listening to artists like Michael Jackson, Eurythmics, Soft Cell, Bananarama, Culture Club, Stacy Q, Madonna, Sabrina Salerno, Opus, Michael Sembello, Donna Summer, among others. At the age of 15 , 16 years old he began to be interested in the art of DJing, he liked it and began to explore various electronic genres, including "Drum & Bass, House, Electro House, Trance" and finally what catches his attention and moves his passion is techno and some minimal. Over time he began to perfect his DJing technique, and in 2007 he decided to start his career and began to play in public, achieving a very good acceptance from the public in his city, thus opening the doors to DJing in bars and some of the most prestigious clubs in his city (Medellín - Colombia), also sharing booths with the best local DJs. He has traveled through Colombia playing in the most important clubs such as: MUTE, MISSION, CLUB 1984, ELIPTICA, TO RA MAXIMA, VAGABOND, VLAK, CAPITAL, KLAN31, PARALLEL, MANSION CLUB among others and has visited cities such as Bogotá, Cali, Armenia, Pereira, Apartadó, Cartago, Seville, Cúcuta, Palmira, Cartagena, Rionegro, and more. He has also participated in some of the largest events and festivals in the city such as: Freedom Festival, Sonido Sobre Ruedas, Biozens to name a few.Today, he is considered one of the artists with the most projection in Colombia, he is the owner, artist and manager of his own record company, Reflulxed Records. Andres Gil has worked in productions with great renowned artists such as: Pär Grindvik, Jon Rundell, Markantonio, Spiros Kaloumenos among others. He has also shared the stage with international DJs of great stature such as: Francisco Allendes, Joseph Capriati, Alan Fitzpatrick, Matador (IE), Adam Beyer, Heartthrob, Antigone, Exos, Setaoc Mass, Tony Rohr, Pär Grindvik, Alex Kenji, Camea, Luigi Madonna, Speedy J, Martínez, Pär Grindvik, Paul Ritch, Charlotte de Witte, Pan-Pot, The Advent, Cari Lekebush, Markantonio, Secret Cinema, Zadig, Alexi Delano and more. Refluxed Records is one of the most representative labels of Colombia worldwide, active since 2011 and working with artists such as Uron, Lowkey & Kardinal, Adrian Hour, Cardao, Aleja Sanchez, Joaquin Ruiz, Liss C.
