After years of musical knowledge, an exploration of sounds from rock and having interpreted different musical instruments, KRISS SALAS managed to capture her love for music through turntables in 2002 when she began her career as a DJ.
In her beginnings, house music was her school, led by great tutors and artists from the electronic scene in Colombia.
After living for a couple of years in New York, she learned about industrial and futuristic sounds, repetitive rhythms and hypnotic sequences; Techno sounds that were heard daily from the streets of this city and that by deepening and studying new techniques, genres and musical elements, led to a great artistic evolution. Coming from the old school, she managed to develop a high-level technique and musical knowledge, which she has been able to interpret through different analog and digital formats.
In her career as an artist, KRISS SALAS has traveled to several countries in America, each club where she has been present, has had the opportunity to give her energetic and professional staging and a great connection with the public.
Some years ago she ventured into music production, where she found an excellent way to express her passion; experimenting with techniques and sounds, she has managed to shape her first tracks, which are already available on the market under the labels Fluctuat Records,Refluxed Records, AL3MOVEMENT, Default Series, NÖTT, FABRIK, among others.
